Best Colander Ever

"I am so in love with this colander. I'm a newlywed, and we got plenty of cheap plastic colanders for gifts. They were all we had, so I have been using them and hating every minute of it. The first time I used this, I was just so happy! My husband thought I was crazy haha. It was so nice to be able to sit the colander in the sink, not worry about the noodles spilling out and not worry about it falling over as I pour the noodles in."

It Does As It Should

"This colander is very durable. The base on it's bottom is an excellent feature that allows the colander to stand on it's own while having something poured into it, and also prevents the food in it from sitting in the water you are draining and/or running through it. Its a colander, and does what a colander does - allows easy drain of excess water. My experience with cleaning it is as follows: I placed the colander in warm, soapy water and washed over it with a rag. It cleaned easily."

It's A Great Size For Draining Boxed Mac And Cheese

"This Stainless steel colander, by Pro Chef Kitchen Tools is durable, high quality, and because it is Stainless steel it will never rust. It is a 3 quart strainer, so it is a little smaller than my other 5 quart colander. It's a great size for draining boxed mac and cheese, pasta and vegetables for my family. When i make fresh mozzarella cheese, this colander fits over my bowl better, so i use it to drain the whey from the cheese without having to worry about liquid pouring down the side of the bowl. It is dishwasher safe, so cleaning is easy."

Superior Quality - Should Last A Lifetime

"I had looked at several different colanders before choosing this particular one. I chose this for several reasons, the first because it is stainless steel and the second reason was its 3 quart capacity. It was difficult to tell the quality from the listing, but I am extremely pleased with the quality of this Pro Chef Colander. Upon arrival and opening the package, I was immediately impressed with the feel and weight. The size was perfect and the handles will protect my hands from heat while handling."
